Lodge of Instruction
The Lodge of Instruction meets on the fourth Thursday of each month, starting at 7pm.
December 5th 2022 at 4.30pm
At our November 2022 meeting W Bro. Roy Millington PPJGW was presented with his certificate celebrating 50 years in the craft. We also held our Scroll Night.
We held a minute's silence for the passing of Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II in our October 2022 meeting. We were also treated to a lecture from our Director of Ceremonies on Rudyard Kipling and Freemasonry.
A Brother was passed to the Second Degree or that of a Fellowcraft in our September 2022 meeting.
A Brother was passed to the Second Degree or that of a Fellowcraft in our July 2022 meeting. A Departed Merit was held and Remembrance was given for Worshipful Brothers who had recently passed.
A Brother was passed to the Second Degree or that of a Fellowcraft in our June 2022 meeting.
Another candidate was initiated in Wentworth Lodge in due and ancient form at our April 2022 meeting. At our Festive Board which followed a raffle was held for Masonic Charities which raised £75.00.

At the Festive Board in March a raffle was held for the Ukraine Red Cross Appeal raising £64.00. United Grand Lodge of England has donated £50,000 to the same appeal.
A candidate was initiated in Wentworth Lodge in due and ancient form at our February 2022 meeting. At the Festive Board a raffle for Masonic Charites was held raising £86.00.
The new Worshipful Master of Wentworth Lodge W Bro. Antony Baxter was installed into the Chair on the 6th December 2021 by W Bro. Mark Swales PPDepGDC. There were 41 Brethren in attendance at the ceremony.
Brethren of Wentworth Lodge raised £40 in aide of WR Province Charity Raffle which gives the opportunity to win a Spitfire Flight. The raffle will be drawn on May 3rd 2022.
